Returns
Returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All of the items we sell are custom made for you. Please refer to the sizing charts provided before ordering as all sales are final. In the event that your item has an obvious defect we will do everything we can to replace said product.
Requests for product exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery and items must be sent back for exchange within 72 hours of approval. Items must be unused, unworn, and have original tags.

- We don't offer refunds at this time.
- We do offer exchanges for orders placed on oneofakindexpressions.com if you want the same design on a different size of the same item.
- Replacements will only be shipped after we have received your returned items.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused
- Save the tracking number when sending us a package of items to exchange in case proof is needed of mailing.
- There is a limit of one exchange per order. (e.g. no replacements for replacements)
- We will not re-ship returned items for any reason.
- We only offer exchanges for customers in the US at this time.
How to exchange (3 steps):
Return your items needing exchanged.

- Somewhere clearly visible on the outside of the package, write RMA:XXXXX where the X's is your order number. You can find this in the order confirmation email you should have received from us.

That's it. After we've received your returned items, we will ship out your new order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when it's in the mail.
