Shipping & Delivery

Please expect 5 to 10 days to receive your items after you have placed your order.

SHIPPING

Shipping is done through USPS and will always provide tracking numbers within the U.S.

Unclaimed Items / Wrong Addresses: Please make sure to provide correct an address when making your order as we cannot be held responsible for these situations. If this is ever the case please contact your local post office to check if your package is being held or deemed undeliverable.

In the event that your package has to be returned as unclaimed by your local post office or due to providing us with a wrong address it will be your responsibility to pay for new shipment costs. We will gladly work with you to reship your item once we receive the correct information. These situations might take from 5 to 7 weeks for delivery from our experience.

DELIVERY

Please note that all items take a few days to ship out, as they are all custom made per your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for holidays or special occasions. If you have something of that nature, please give me a shout before you order.

We will always strive to get your items to you as fast as possible but please note that since our products are made to order our turnaround time will be from 3 to 5 days and about 5 more days for you to receive them. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for holidays or for any special date but if there’s any way we can help you let us know and we’ll do our very best.
